Lightspeed Graphics LLC thinks transparency is crucial in good business relations. In this overview, we will sum up the personal data we collect and how we distribute it, which will be explained in our Privacy Policy below. In addition, the personal data we collect and how we distribute it vary depending upon the nature of our business relations and interactions with you (Client/User/Designer/Partners/Etc.). Moreover, in certain cases (such as where is law required), we ask for your consent or give you certain choices prior to collecting or using certain personal data such as “browser cookie warning upon entering our page.”

Categories of Personal Data Collected. We collect the following types of personal data:

  • Identifiers: includes direct identifiers, such as name, alias, user ID, username, or unique personal identifier; email address, phone number, address, and other contact information; IP address and other online identifiers; tax ID and other government identifiers; and other unique identifiers; if applicable.

  • Customer Records: includes personal data, such as name, account name, user ID, contact, employment, and financial or payment, that person(s) providing us in order to purchase or obtain our products and services. This may include data collected when an individual registers for an account, purchases or orders our products and services, and/or enters into an agreement with us related to our products and services such as merchandise in our shop.

  • Commercial data: includes records of personal property, products or services purchased, obtained, or considered, or other purchasing or use histories or tendencies.

  • Usage Data: includes browsing history, clickstream, search history, access logs and other usage data regarding user's interaction with our website and our marketing emails and online ads. Moreover, third-party ad agencies such as Google Ads and Google Analytics for marketing tools will be collecting your data for analysis. 

  • Audio, Video and Electronic Data: includes audio, electronic, visual, or similar information such as photographs and images (e.g., that you provide us or post to your profile) and call recordings (e.g., of customer support calls, google voice, etc.); if applicable.

  • Professional: includes professional and employment-related data such as current and former employer(s) and title(s), business contact and professional memberships.

  • Inferences: includes other personal data that we collect to create a profile reflecting a person’s preferences, characteristics, predispositions, behaviors, attitudes, intelligences, abilities, or aptitudes. If you are a designer using our services, we will store the data on the profile you create and the content you choose to make available to other users, such as participation statistics, design concepts, design templates, service offerings, and messages and testimonials. We may share this data with our third-party partners, including operators of other websites and platforms that choose to integrate our services into their websites and platforms, as part of providing services to you. We may collect data records to verify your identity (passport, ID card or driver's license information).

 

If you are a client using our services, we will store the data on the profile you create and the content you choose to make available to other users, such as design projects, design concepts, and digital messages and testimonials/reviews. We may process account behaviors for security reasons only to protect you from spam messages and to improve identification of spam and fraudulent activity; when necessary.


We may collect your personal data where you request information or materials from us, subscribe to our mailing list or join our social media pages. This data will be your name and email address, together with other data needed to respond to the certain campaign or your inquiry.

 

We collect data about your marketing preferences including interests/marketing list assignments, record of permissions or marketing objections and other website data.


In addition, when you choose to provide a testimonial, we may use your testimonial for marketing reasons. If we ever offer a referral service and one of our users utilizes that referral service to tell a friend about our website, we will collect your name and email address from that user to send you a one-time email invitation to visit our site. Transferring personal data international

We ensure data transfers within Lightspeed Graphics LLC will be covered by an agreement placed by members of Lightspeed Graphics LLC which contractually obliges that each member ensures that personal data receives an acceptable level of protection wherever it is transferred within members of Lightspeed Graphics LLC;
Where we transfer your personal data outside of Lightspeed Graphics LLC or to third-party partners who help provide our services, we will obtain contractual commitments from them to protect your personal data. This includes the use of EU Standard Contractual Clauses ( 'EU Model Clauses' ) for data controller to data controller and /or data controller to data processor transfers from the EU /UK to jurisdictions, such as Australia, who do not have an adequacy finding from the EU Commission; and

A binding arbitration is available to address residual complaints not resolved by other means. We, Lightspeed Graphics LLC, is a U.S.-based digital content company and is subject to the investigatory and enforcement authority of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission.
Users in Brazil. If your personal data is subject to Brazilian laws, Lightspeed Graphics will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, as required by the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados.
How we protect and store your personal data
Security
We store your personal data digitally. We implement and maintain technical security measures, policies, and procedures, appropriate to the nature of the data concerned which is designed to reduce the risk of accidental destruction or loss, misuse or interference or any unauthorized disclosure, access, or illegal modification to such data, which include; encryption of personal data in transmission, access controls, and written confidentiality obligations applicable to personnel and vendors who may access your personal data.
Storing your personal data
We will store your personal data as necessary for the reasons for which we have collected it, as explained in this Privacy Policy. For when your data is no longer needed, we will dispose of it securely.
We may store your personal data for longer periods of time where we are required to do so in accordance with legal, regulatory, tax, and accounting requirements.
Upon your request for deletion of your account from our system, we will lock the account and delete your data from our servers within 30 days. However, we may store your personal data for a longer period of time if and when we have to keep a record of your transactions with us upon if and when any complaints or challenges, or if we reasonably believe a prospect of litigation relating to your personal data or transactions arises.

Submitting CCPA Requests. California residents may submit CCPA requests to know and requests to delete their personal data through one of the following methods:

When you submit a request to know or to delete your personal data, we will take proper steps to verify your request by matching the data you provided with the data we have in our records. You must email us or call us to verify your request. 
We may ask for additional information in order to verify your request when necessary. If we are unable to adequately verify a request, we will notify the requestor. 
Authorized verified agents may initiate a request on your behalf via email to support@lightspeedgfx.com
Authorized verified agents will be required to provide proof of their authorization and we may require that the relevant consumer directly verify their identity and the authority of the agent.
